Update did’t fix the opening problem

Before the update it opened to the lower left quarter of what would usually be the main menu. I don’t think I messed with the settings to cause this.
Update came and it went back to normal. Played it a few times. Great game, but the problem has come back so I can’t play. I definitely didn’t mess with anything so I don’t see what’s wrong. Fixing this would be great.
