Dont know how to use and find and play mods and where to put them

How and where do i put mods and movie dules and stuff like that ?
And where can i find the mods that work for mac ? Also, when I play multiplayer modes it always make my enemies/ allies keep jumping all the time. Every seconde they all jumo at the same time and when i spawn they kill me in less then a second because my foes keep jumping and killing me. Please fix this because it’s really not a bad game but it’s just these issues that I need to be fixed please, thank you.
